Taft began her career at Fox Sports North after graduating from Boston University with a degree of broadcast journalism. Apart from covering sports, Taft also contributed to social networks as well as being an interim host of many games. When she began working at Fox Sports 1, her team comprised of News and Highlights, Taft was dismissed. Taft was a reporter for FS1 who covered many prestigious tournaments. In addition, she was a football sideline journalist and was the head of college-level reporting alongside Gus Johnson. Her claim to fame arrived when she was asked to step in as the moderator for the well-known TV show Skip and Shannon Undisputed at the end of 2018, which is a position she continues to hold today.
